Woodver Coatings Pvt. Ltd. formerly known as Unique International Commenced its business of Wood Veener in year 1995 earned a good reputation in Wood industry in less than a decade, represented top most European brands in India. Diversified business in 1988 to Wood finishes, representing well known Italian brands in India. Over the years, Unique International perfected its products by means of breakthrough paint technology with emphasis on innovations to always offer top quality solutions. Woodver background lies in its two founding members’ commitment: Mr. Raj Kumar Goel and Mr. Sante Zando (Board of Director, Verinlegno SPA). After gaininig an experience of more than 15 years in Paint Industry, in 2014 Unique International entered into a JV with Verinlegno SPA and established Pvt. Ltd. Company with the Name “Woodver Coatings Pvt. Ltd”. The purpose of this joint venture is to bring strategic technologies, products and experiences of our partner that enable us to bring even better products that are hallmarks of excellence. We commenced our manufacturing facilities to its present location in village Rohad, Bahadurgarh distt. Jhajjar, Haryana, spread in an area of 8000 square meter beginning a second phase in the growth and history of this young company. At Woodver we know that to offer the best we need to enhance the best. We spare no effort in constantly upgrading our manufacturing base. The latest technology and innovation come together to add to our infrastructure. We constantly synchronize our facilities to the market needs and are in tandem with our vision for growth.

Woodver was started with a vision to manufacture Italian quality products and make it economical so that it is in easy reach to customers of each and every segment. Hence, R&D of our products is being done at Verinlegno’s Laboratory and Then same product is developed in Woodver’s Laboratory as per Indian weather conditions. In order to produce customized paints, the highly skilled experts and technicians are totally available to the customer offering innovative and performing products able to ensure the best results as well as from one of the productive efficiency. The brand strengths are the “technical assistance, which is often a real advice, and the after sale support, which is able to offer always and promptly a highly professional service. Woodver offers a wide range of application on wood providing solutions with water based paints for indoor and outdoor, solvent and water based UV paints polyurethane paints, nitrocellulose, polyester, acrylic, synthetic dyes and wood ageing patinas. In this way it is able to meet satisfactorily to the needs of several areas of application such as outside and boards, sarrets match-boarding, frameworks, garden furniture and street furniture , modern furniture , reproduction furniture , kitchens, doors, furnishing accessories, traditional flooring

Based on this experience was born Woodver Coatings pvt Ltd, Indian company manufacturing and distributing wood coatings and varnishes. The first to manufacture PU products in India with Italian technology. This joint venture with Verinlegno Spa, represent the combination of deep market knowledge and local presence of the Indian party.

Woodver Vision is to manufacture and distribute top quality paints and varnishes with latest Italian technology to satisfy the local demand keeping affordable prices representing the combination of deep market knowledge and local presence of the Indian party.

Today Woodver has one manufacturing plant in Bahadurgarh( Haryana ) Corporate Offices in Delhi and two regional office in Mumbai, Chennai and a rich network of dealers and distributors in the whole national territory.

Our R&D division is well-equipped with qualified scientists working together for developing architectural and industrial applicable products. Our vision is to be innovative, perceptive along with quality production.
